We offer 7 apartments, each with  separate entrance and its own  patio. One of them MIMOSA is an independed apartment.

    PRICES:  

 The price of the apartment does not include (payable upon check-in):

1. Tourist tax 1.5 eu/person over 12 y.o./day max charged 10.5 eu

2.Pet fee -50 euros/stay. 

                                Upon request these fees may apply:   

1. Additional single bed in the bedroom in the Rosa, Primula and Geranio apartments - 20 euros/day - request nedeed in advance when making a reservation. Payable on site.

2. Pool towel rental: 7 euros/person/stay - request nedeed in advance when making a reservation. Payable on site.

3. Baby cot - free, second baby cot: 30 euros/stay- request nedeed in advance when making a reservation. Payable on site.

4. Heating fee: 10 eu/m3, payable upon check-out.

                                                                             We offer (without of the additional fees):  

1. Fully equipped kitchenette : pots, pans, cutlery (metal,wooden and plastic including a wine opener), glasses, cups (including wine glasses).

2. First infant bed with bedding and chair (please contact us by e-mail if it is required).

3.  Wi-Fi available throughout the facility.

4. Dish, dishwasher, fridge,kettle,toaster and electric oven in each apartment. Mosquito nets in each apt.

5. Shared use of washing machine (own detergents are required).

6. Shared outdoor swimming pool totally equipement, mattresses and toys for kids.

7. Parking.

8. Barbecque, hammocks and swings, playground, ping-pong table.

9. Detergents and accessories to self-cleaning.

10. Hair-dryer and standing clothes-dryer in each apt.

11. Shared the ironing set.

12. Sanitary starter kit: 3 dishwasher cubes, 1 kitchen towel, washing-up liquid, liquid soap,  2 toilet papers.

13. Additional blankets.

14. Towels, bed linen ( change is possible after 7 days of stay).
